Driver Henry Long and passengers Jessie Cole and Albert Bowers guilty of manslaughter
Three teenagers have been found guilty of the manslaughter of PC Andrew Harper, who died after being dragged along a road by a car in August 2019.
Henry Long, 19, the driver, and his passengers Jessie Cole and Albert Bowers, both 18, were found not guilty of murder at the Old Bailey but were found guilty of manslaughter.
