Firefighters are battling to save a historic cathedral in the western French city of Nantes after a blaze broke out early on Saturday morning.
Video footage from the scene showed smoke billowing out of the 15th century structure. The fire comes just over a year after the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris suffered a massive blaze, which destroyed its main spire and caused extensive damage.
