Donald Trump’s personal attorney, the former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, screamed and shouted on Fox News on Tuesday and accused journalist Lisa ‘Kennedy’ Montgomery of defaming him during a tense interview. Giuliani said his interviewer would have to apologise and threatened to walk out as Kennedy pressed him on the provenance of stories purportedly about Hunter Biden’s laptop.
The host likened the New York Post stories about the ‘found’ laptop to the Christopher Steele dossier on Donald Trump’s alleged connections to Russia, prompting Giuliani’s anger. Emails purporting to come from the laptop suggest that a Ukrainian business partner contacted Hunter Biden about setting up a meeting with his father, the Democratic presidential nominee, Joe Biden.
